REDEFINING IKEA'S APP

In this school project, my team and I revamped the IKEA's app. Through different research methods, we established the HMW statement and validated different pain points from the current application. We reinvented the business concept and came up with new features. My main contribution for this project was the UI style guide and working on the overall user interface using Figma.

CASE STUDY: REDESIGNING A CHARITY ORGANISATION USING LEAN UX

In this case study, my teammate and I focused on a Singapore charity organisation Free Food for All (FFFA) and redesign it using the lean UX approach. Primarily, we will be framing using Strategy Plane.

UX RESEARCH JOURNAL FOR NLB OVERDRIVE WEBSITE

This is a school project of my ux journal which I applied six research methods to get the findings. The purpose of the journal is to gather users's experience on the NLB website, and through different observations to better improve the website to give readers an enhanced reading experience.

DESIGN SPRINT FOR MYTRANSPORT.SG APP

Our task for this project is to identify problems and/or opportunities with the existing mobile application, My Transport.sg. Using design sprint, a fast paced, time–constrained and five-phase process to identify goals and creating ideas, and lastly build and test a prototype in 5 days.

5 STAGES OF DESIGN THINKING 

This is a summary of the UX research journal and it focused on survey and heuristic evaluation. From there, I came up with solutions on how we can improve the website.

This is a school team project which we immerse ourselves in doing the five stages of Design Thinking for NLB. Our goal is to increase e-book readership on NLB’s Overdrive website.
